Keittiömestari Gabriel Melim Anderson ja pastry chef Palmi Ragnarson tulevat valtaamaan keittiön.
Luvassa on upea kahdeksan ruokalajin menu keittiön tervehdyksineen.

Gabriel Melim Andersson is a 30 year old chef born and raised in Gothenburg.
He began his cooking career when he moved to France at the age of 17. He stayed in France for 5 years working at various restaurants in Paris and La Rochelle.
After France he spent some time in Sweden working at restaurants like Mathias Dahlgren and Spritmuseum before moving to New York where he was a part of the restaurant Aska.
After New York he moved back home to Gothenburg where he got the chance to take over the kitchen at Upper House Dining in Gothenburg.
Upper house is rewarded with its first Micheline star 2016.
Gabriels biggest inspiration comes from his childhood memories growing up on the west coast and his time spent in France.
